Refund & cancellation

Registration fees for #HACK India gatherings are non-refundable. Your place can be passed to someone else, and if we cancel or move a gathering, you choose a refund or a place at the next one.

    Fees are non-refundable

    The registration fee — ₹250 for a student and ₹500 for a working professional at #HACK Pune 2026 — pays for your place in the room, the meals, the materials and the person who holds the space for your challenge. Once a payment is confirmed we cannot give it back.

  2. 02

    You can pass your place to someone else

    If you can't make it, tell us and we will move your registration to another named person at no cost, as long as they fit the same category. Write to the city organiser named on your confirmation, or jaison@digitalmissions.in, before the transfer cut-off for that gathering — for #HACK Pune 2026 that is 21 November 2026.

    If we cancel or move the event

    If a gathering is cancelled, postponed, or moved to a format you cannot take part in, you choose: a full refund of what you paid, or a free place at the next #HACK India gathering in the same city. Tell us which within 14 days of the notice.

  4. 04

    If you are charged twice

    If a technical fault charges your account twice for one registration, the duplicate is refunded in full once we have confirmed it — usually within 3 working days. Email jaison@digitalmissions.in with your registration reference.

  5. 05

    If the payment never completes

    Closing the checkout window, cancelling on the payment page, or a declined payment leaves nothing charged and your registration unfinished. Changing your mind before you pay costs nothing.

  6. 06

    How refunds are paid back

    Refunds go back to the card, UPI ID or account used for the original payment, through the payment provider. They are initiated within 10 working days of your choice and can take a few more days to appear, depending on your bank.

  7. 07

    How to ask

    Write to jaison@digitalmissions.in with your name, the city and date of the gathering, and the email or phone you registered with. We reply within 2 working days. You can also call +91 98191 77310, or write to Digital Missions India, Sangria Towers, Megapolis, Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune 411057.
